Why Dogtown?
Dogtown was the nickname given to the Pacific Ocean Park (POP) area during the seventies and later on the name referred to most of Venice area. The area bred a whole generation of extreme skaters (Z-Boys), surfers, and artists (The Doors) and with that their influence greatly changed the renaissance and amusement-style neighborhood, which was envisioned and created by Abbot Kinney back in 1905.
The neighborhood of Venice continues to develop today, yet it retains the beauty, diversity, pluralism and artistic value from prior generations.
Because of this, today, more than ever, Venice has become a real estate Mecca where people want to live, work and play. And this is why Dogtown Realty exists.
The Dogtown Realty Team, Assaf Raz and Jeff Konecke, is built from the same elements that make the connection between generations.
